    I miss Alcala water buffalo pastel, the beef tapa and the best garlic longaniza. My great grandfather was a cabeza de barangay and hailed from Tuegegarao. Love the cuisine

    What is the name of that yellow sauce with red oil on top and boiled egg? It comes in plastic bags and is sold in the morning usually for 15 to 30 pesos, but I do not know the name of it. I thought it was egg yolk. It is not a tamale.
